Return & Refund Policy

We want your depojeans.com order to feel right. Please review the policy below before requesting a return, cancellation, or exchange.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Order Changes

Order details may be changed within 24 hours if the order has not shipped.

Refund Timing

PayPal refunds usually take 1-2 days. Credit card refunds usually take 3-5 days.

Order Modification

You can change order information such as color, dimensions, shipping address, or telephone number within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be modified.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still request cancellation after shipment, 30%-50% of the order amount may be deducted for storage costs, order preparation costs, and shipping costs.

Return Eligibility

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and include complete accessories. Items that are damaged, soiled, used, or returned without approval may be refused.

The right to return does not apply to customized products ordered according to customer requirements, accessories, or large orders of the same product. A large order means three or more of the same product.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, return reason, and item details.
  2. We usually respond within 24 hours. Weekend and holiday responses may take 24-48 hours.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will send return instructions and the return address.
  4. Ship the approved item back as soon as possible. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  5. After shipping the return, email us the tracking number, tracking URL, and photos of the item in its package.
  6. After we receive the return, we will inspect it within 48 hours and issue a refund if it meets this policy.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within one week of receipt. If an incorrect item was delivered, we will provide the correct product within up to 8 weeks after receiving your email, and we will cover the shipping costs for returning the incorrect item and sending the correct product.

If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, we reserve the right to repair or fix the damaged part or defect. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
